It's very likely that your orders were just combined into your first order of a campaign.
Starting in early 2026 we introduced the ability for people to edit their existing order!
Then on Lady Death: Ragnarök Rising, in an effort to speed up the fulfilment process and get you your goodies even faster, we began to combine multiple orders into one, before charging the cards!
Please check your first order of a given campaign, and you should see all your items added to it.
